ASCENSION is for experienced leaders ready to move from leading a team to leading an organisation. You'll build the skills to shape culture, influence strategy, develop future leaders, and keep performance strong without having to do everything yourself.
Modules & Learning Outcomes
Nine modules, each building the capability to lead beyond yourself
Great leadership starts with self-awareness. You'll look at how your own behaviours, assumptions and presence shape your team's culture and results, then widen that lens to see how you're influencing the whole organisation, not just the people who report to you.
This module is about the standards you hold, for yourself and your team, and the gap between what you quietly tolerate and what you actually enforce. You'll learn to set clear, consistent standards that build trust and stronger performance across the business.
Culture doesn't just happen on its own, it's built. You'll learn how to intentionally shape trust, psychological safety and collaboration, instead of just being a bystander in whatever culture already exists around you.
One of the most common leadership breakdowns is assuming people already know what "good" looks like. This module teaches you to set and communicate expectations clearly and early, so your strategy actually gets carried out the way you intended, across every level of the business.
At this level, being good at the work isn't enough on its own. You'll build the skills to manage competing priorities, handle difficult conversations, and negotiate with stakeholders while keeping trust and momentum intact.
This module builds your ability to think ahead instead of just reacting. You'll practise spotting risks and opportunities early, and making decisions today that still pay off for the organisation years from now.
Real influence doesn't come from your title, it comes from trust and credibility. You'll build both, so you can align people around a shared goal even when you don't have direct authority over them.
The goal here is to stop being the bottleneck. You'll learn how to delegate properly, design clear decision-making systems, and set your team up to succeed without needing you involved in every call.
The real measure of your leadership is the leaders you leave behind. This module is about coaching, mentoring and succession planning, so you're building the next generation of leaders, not just managing today's team.

Program Delivery Model
Both Leaders Unleashed programs are delivered using Performastery's small-cohort development model, combining facilitated learning with practical workplace application, behavioural insight and individual coaching.
The maximum cohort size is intentional, and a core part of the Leaders Unleashed methodology. It creates an environment where participants can contribute openly, explore real leadership challenges, learn from the experiences of others, and receive more personalised support than a large-scale webinar or traditional training environment allows.
